Terms and Conditions
Deposits will be taken for each booking to secure the session. If a deposit is not taken, then the session may be subject to change. Deposits are non-refundable.
If a booked session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, you must do so within a reasonable time frame.
The welfare of the creatures is priority, if any of the creatures exhibit distress at any time, they will be put away and not used. Should the welfare of all creatures be in danger, we have the right to terminate the sessions with no refund.
Washing facilities must be available at each venue.
Requests are accepted, however, if the creature is not in a position to attend on the day, due to moulting/sickness etc, then a substitute will be brought along.
Parking on site must be available
Outdoor events are accepted year round, however electric needs to be provided to ensure the correct heating can be placed on our table so the creatures do not get too cold.
First aid boxes must be available if needed, I do bring one along with me, but it will be essential that there are ones at the venue to use should it be needed.
Hand sanitiser will be available, however it must not be used BEFORE handling, due to the sensitivity of some of the creatures
